The country of Aruba is located in the Southern Caribbean, surrounded by picturesque blue waters, a constant breeze, and swaying palm trees. This friendly island nation is the perfect winter escape and has a consistent year round temperature in the mid-80's.

This years conference and island tour will consist of two days of conference and a three day island tour to explore all of the wonder this beautiful island nation has to offer.
HOTEL
While in Aruba, conference attendees will stay at the Riu Palace Antillas Adults Only Resort. This resort is located in the town of Noord, along Palm Beach. Palm Beach has been voted as one of the best beaches in the world, year after year. Local shops and restaurants are just a quick walk off of the hotel grounds.

The Conference
January 26th-27th, 2024
The conference will conveniently be held in the Riu Palace Antillas Resort.

The conference will be held for two days, Friday, January 26th from 9am-4pm, and on Saturday, January 27th from 9am-Noon. At the end of the conference on Saturday, members will enjoy lunch together and then embark on two factory tours, the Aruban Aloe Factory and a local cigar factory.
The Tour
January 28th, 2024
Today you'll begin the day with breakfast at Willem's Dutch Pancakes ($) where you'll indulge in traditional Aruban pancakes, an island specialty. These giant fluffy sweet or savory pancakes are the perfect fuel to begin your day! Next, you'll depart as a group on a private historic island tour. Here you'll learn about the history of Aruba and visit the capital of Oranjestad. Tonight you'll embark on a Sunset Sail where you'll have a front row seat to the magical Aruban sunset while you enjoy complimentary cocktails.
January 29th, 2024
This day of your tour is all about exploration. After a nice morning walk or a hearty breakfast on your own, you'll meet your travel mates for an island adventure! Explore Arikok National Park, see ancient gold mines, sink your feet in the diverse ocean waters around the island, and visit caves. The island of Aruba is a diverse landscape waiting to be explored and enjoyed! Tonight you will have dinner on your own or maybe with some new friends!
January 30th, 2024
Today is your last day in Aruba, unless you choose to extend your stay. This day is for exploring at your leisure. Enjoy a spa treatment at the resort, spend the day with a dose of vitamin sea while laying on the beach, or partake in the adventures that Aruba has to offer. Optional excursions such as fishing, kayaking, and visiting other local attractions will be made available to the group this fall. Tonight you will join the group in a farewell dinner ($) to say, "see you next time," to your traveling companions in the group.
January 31st, 2024
All good things must come to an end. Today you'll return home or you have the option to extend your trip. Private airport transportation is included in the cost of the trip. This transportation will take you directly from the resort to the Queen Beatrix Airport.
